The world's first Surfpark facility, the Ron Jon SurfparkSM* will be located at Festival Bay, a new mall at 5250 International Drive, in the heart of Orlando's entertainment district. The Surfpark will be at the rear of the mall (in direct view of the Florida Turnpike and Interstate 4), strategically situated between the Vans Skatepark and the Cinemark Theatres. We have assembled a strong partnership with Ron Jon Surf Shop® for our Orlando Surfpark. We have licensed the Ron Jon® brand for the naming of the park in exchange for inclusion in its million dollar marketing commitment in the Florida marketplace. Ron Jon® will also be managing the Surfpark Pro Shop and Restaurant to the same standards of excellence that the public has come to expect from the company
