Doug Kirk | Co-Founder, Chief Marketing/Revenue Officer

Along with Meiselman, Kirk formed the Surfparks team in mid-2001 following a career in sports and media. After graduation from NYU Stern Business School in 1990, Kirk joined the NBA's Strategic Planning group. From there, Kirk became the Director of Business Development at Sports Illustrated. Kirk then rode the Internet Wave with the same confident control that he displays on his beloved 6'2" fish. In the electronic realm, he held VP Business Development roles at Hearst New Media and ESPN.com.

Kirk carries his credentials to Surfparks to oversee marketing and revenue strategies and development of partnership opportunities.
